Apple Pie Smoothie
Ingredients (1–2 servings):
1 large apple (cored, peeled if desired, chopped)
1 frozen banana (for creaminess)
1 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
½ cup vanilla yogurt (or plain with a touch of honey)
1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (optional, for sweetness)
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
Pinch of ground ginger or allspice (optional, for that “pie spice” flavor)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
A handful of ice cubes (for extra thickness)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness or spices as needed.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top.
Top with whipped cream and crushed graham crackers for a dessert-style smoothie.
